“The bond that links your true family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each other’s life.” – Richard Bach
When the Sun moved into the sign of Cancer on June 21st (until July 23rd), everything pertaining to family came into focus. Its time to consider the words “nurture” and “family” and what they mean to you. The dictionary defines “nurture” as “the process of caring for and encouraging the growth or development of someone or something.” Nurturing other people, plants and animals brings us closer to our heart center. Doing so softens your heart and puts you more in touch with the “all that is.” As you go through the month, pay attention to who and what you nurture and try to expand your nurturing horizons.
Also spend some time contemplating “family” and consider expanding your understanding of “family” from not only your birth family, but to others in your life who are always there for you.
June 30: Neptune Stations Retrograde at 28 Degrees Pisces. Neptune, the planet of illusions, dreams and fantasies tends to dissolve, confuse and bring us closer to our subconscious mind. Retrograde Neptune is working to dissolve and rebuild your inner landscape by bringing subconscious blind spots and motives to the surface.
